ASMR x Sam K — Shipping Policy

At ASMR x Sam K all products and experiences are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved with any of our offerings.

Digital Files — Personalized Audio File and Custom Video + Audio All audio and video files are delivered directly to your inbox within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received and a separate email with your file once it is complete.

Booking Experiences — Live and Private ASMR Experiences All booking experiences are facilitated through Calendly. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need for your experience.
