My Story

I was scrolling TikTok late one night the way you do when your brain just won't quit and I stumbled onto a live ASMR session. Someone was making the most gentle, hypnotic bubble sounds with these little globes. I almost kept scrolling. Instead, ten minutes passed. Then twenty. And somewhere in there, I caught myself thinking: "Why am I so calm right now?"

I'd struggled with winding down at night for as long as I could remember. Stress had a way of following me to bed. But that night something shifted and the more I explored the ASMR community the more I found something I hadn't expected: real people showing up for each other every single night. Sharing their days. Finding calm together. It felt like the most underrated form of care I'd ever come across.

That's when I knew I didn't just want to be a listener. I wanted to be the person on the other side, creating that feeling for someone else. Helping them find their version of that bubble globe moment. Because everyone deserves to feel that kind of quiet.

Then something unexpected happened. As a mom myself I started wondering if ASMR could do for my little ones what it had done for me. I made a couple of videos and the response was overwhelming. Parents were commenting that there was nothing like this out there for their kids. Moms were sharing videos of their little ones drifting off within minutes. People were telling me I had become part of their family's bedtime routine.

That last part stopped me in my tracks. I'm still not over it.
