ASMR x Sam K — Refund Policy

At ASMR x Sam K everything I create is made with real care and intention just for you. Because of the personalized nature of my offerings please read my refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital files — Personalized Audio File and Custom Video + Audio

Because every file I create is custom made specifically around your triggers and intentions I am unable to offer refunds once your file has been delivered to your inbox.

If you need to cancel your order please reach out within 24 hours of placing it and before I have begun creating your file. In this case a full refund will be issued.

If you are unhappy with your file once delivered please reach out directly at samanthaisasmr@gmail.com and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Private ASMR Experiences

If you are unable to attend your session or are more than 15 minutes late you are welcome to reschedule once at no additional charge. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session I will create and send you a recorded version of your experience so you never miss out on the calm you deserve.

Live ASMR Experience

All Live ASMR Experience bookings are non-refundable. When you book a live slot that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another member of our community.

Please note that upon booking your Live ASMR Experience is non-refundable. If you are more than 5 minutes late to the live your slot will be considered cancelled on your behalf and no refund will be issued.

If you are unable to attend please reach out before your scheduled slot and I will do my best to find you a spot in a future live session.
